Mr. Bajirao Kale, who expired three years back, has given amont of Rs. 1,00,000.00 to Mr. Balu Welaskar, four years ago, on terms of return. Ms. Renubai Kale, complainant, and her son Avinash went to Balu Walaskar’s house at 6 pm on 29/10/2019 as he agreed to return the money in Diwali festival (which was over by then). They were told that Mr. Balu is not at home and so after some conversation they came back home. They were sitting at home with other family members when suddenly at 7.30 in the evening both the son of Balu walskar Sudhir and Akash came to their house with three others, namely, Yogesh Walaskar, Rohit Golekar and Rahul Tadage. Standing outside the house, they started abusing the wole family for asking the money and visiting house of Walaskar for the same. Balu Pawar, relative of Renubai Kale, who was present in the house, came out and tried to tell them that only women family members are present in the house and requested them to abstain from using abusive words. But instead of listening to him the gang pulled him and started hitting him. They even hit him with stones and ran on their vehicles. As Balu Pawar was not feeling well and was ometting, he was taken to the hospital immeditely. By the time, when family memebers tried to contact police officers they found that the Kharda outpost was locked and there was no one. One of the community leaders Mr. Kishor called a police Mr. Bhingare who told the family members to visit the Jamkhed Police station next day morning. Female family members went to Jamkhed police station but the cognizible offence was not registered and they were sent back. On 30/10/2019, Mr. Balu Pawar scumbed to the injuries. The FIR was registered on the same day. FIR has not recorded the facts correctly.
One of the accused Mr. Rohit Golekar is not just a criminal but a known castist perpetrator. He was also involved in murder of a youth from same village, Nitin Age.
